HOA Dues

Princeton Heights Homeowners Association fiscal year runs from 1/1 - 12/31. 
 

Assessments are due by 12/31 of the year prior to the fiscal and calendar year of the assessment. 

 

A separate invoice for each fiscal year will be sent to your email or mailed to your billing address.
  

2026 - Current Fiscal Year Assessment

2026 Annual Assessment is $325 and is due 12/31/2025.

 

There are no additional fees for online payments made by credit card or electronic check.

Please include your name, street address, and lot or invoice number on your payment.

 

We do not offer payment plans for past due assessments.

You may pay your past due assessments in full on your credit card and make payments to the credit card company.
 

Partial payments will be credited to the assessment on which the payment is made (or the oldest assessment if no invoice number is specified) but you will still be subject to liens, interest, and any other fees necessary for collections.
 

Past due assessments are subject to: 

• $150 lien fee
• 1% interest compounded monthly
• lien
• collections
• foreclosure

Please contact us to receive a current statement of all past due assessments and to make a payment.

 

You may pay any past due assessments online in full by using the payment portal printed on each past due invoice. 

No additional fees will be incured for online payments.
