Share your time and talents!

Getting involved with an HOA committee/interest group is a great way to give of your time and talent without the formal responsibilities of being a board member! It's also a great way to support your volunteer board members by sharing the workload.

Social Events: Decorate neighborhood entrances for holidays; plan & implement events (i.e. pool party, block party, easter egg hunt, movie nights, neighborhood garage sale)
Helping Hands: Identify needs & opportunities to help our fellow HOA members. Possibly work with the Social Events group to organize volunteer opportunities.
Neighborhood Safety: Help get a neighborhood watch program up and running in coordination with the Lees Summit Police Dept; make recommendations to the board for ways to improve and maintain neighborhood safety and security.
Communications: Develop and send ut annual or semi-annual newsletters, assist in updating our website, moderate website & NextDoor forums, welcome new neighbors to Princeton Heights.
Landscaping/Maintenance/Architectural Review: Assist with HOA property upkeep, come up with recommendations for the Ranson Road easement landscaping, assist with ARB requests/approvals, assist neighbors with meeting HOA architectural recommendations.
