RULES AND REGULATIONS link added to the Bylaws
The recently approved Rules and Regulations have been recorded with the County and will be effective immediately. For the past year, CAM has been patrolling the subdivision and sending out letters of potential violations. This past year has been a courtesy of what violations will be fineable. Effective immediately, Cam will start taking violations seriously and liens will be placed on properties that receive violations and do not attempt to remedy the situation. If you have a situation that requires extra time, please contact Bryan Charcut with CAM to avoid a lien being put on your property.
ANNUAL HOA DUES:
As you know, the Association operates off the collection of annual dues from members of the Association to procure services such as lawn care, landscaping, pool, professional services, improvement projects and common area utilities such as water and electricity.
Annual HOA dues invoices will be sent out in the mail by CAM (Communty Association Management)sometime in the month of September. Dues, as always, will be due by November 30, 2013 for the Calendar Year (January 2014 - December 2014). Watch your mail from CAM!

Please remember all exterior work, including but not limited to, fences, sheds, roofs, extended driveways, paint and building materials have restrictions set forth in the governing documents to protect the aesthetics of the neighborhood that must be reviewed and approved by the ARC before work commences. Please contact us before any work begins to make sure it complies with the governing documents.
