POOL KEYS:

Our pool is a source of great pride and enjoyment. As such, it is necessary for us as residents of Princeton Heights to maintain and use it with respect and responsibility.

The policy for the last three seasons has been that each new resident is issued a pool key for a cost of $10. The key is electronically set to open the gate when scanned – very simple to use.

The cost of a replacement key, should an original key be lost, damaged, or stolen, was also $10. However, like everything else, the cost of the keys, which are purchased in bulk, has risen. Therefore, we now must charge $20 for a replacement key.

If you need a new pool card, please contact Ronda Marchant via the website.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR KEY! GUARD IT DILIGENTLY!
